Together, We Made Great Things Happen This Earth Day
Every year, thousands of people across the globe take action to improve their communities by volunteering with United Way for an annual Day of Action. In 2026, Day
of Action took place on April 22nd at 29 locations across both Kankakee and Iroquois Counties.

Day of Action 2026 celebrated a record-breaking 253 volunteers who served across 29 project sites.
