Empty Bowls: Kankakee County is a community event to raise funds & awareness for local hunger relief. Guests buy a ticket for a simple meal & take home a piece of pottery, an "empty bowl," which they keep as a reminder of food insecurity in our community.

United Way proudly serves as a fiscal agent for Empty Bowls, Kankakee County!
